A nurse technician primarily performs direct and indirect patient care activities under the supervision of licensed personnel. They establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships and promote effective teamwork with patients, families, coworkers and the community to meet customer service goals

The transportation attendant transports patients to and from the nursing units, other hospital departments, physicians' offices, and designated discharge areas. They are responsible for performing patient transfers or repositioning under the supervision of the nursing staff using the appropriate patient-lifting equipment.

The polysomnographic technologist performs diagnostic sleep studies to evaluate such problems as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, parasomnias, restless leg syndrome and nocturnal seizures in patients of adolescent to adult ages.

The respiratory therapist supports patient care in a range of areas. They coordinate ventilator management per medically endorsed policy and procedure, oversee data collections, ensure communication with physicians regarding the care of patients active in protocols and coordinate therapist-driven protocols.

The customer service coordinator telephonically provides timely, accurate, and courteous service to our customers and patients. They are responsible for all inbound and outbound return calls in the Patient Accounts Call Center. They assist with questions and educate patients on financial assistance, payment arrangements, and discounts over the phone, ensuring a positive patient experience.

The pharmacy technician coordinates under the supervision of a pharmacist medication order entry with drug distribution and IV admixture preparation activities such that medications are administered to patients safely and on time. They process medication orders into the Pharmacy system database and accurately enter them. Medication orders are triaged and processed for the pharmacist within established time frames for stat, now and routine orders.

The case manager manages a designated caseload to coordinate and complete timely assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of discharge plans and care transitions across the continuum of care. They collaborate with medical staff, unit managers and all professional caregiver disciplines to plan and coordinate care with patients and families throughout the acute continuum of care and into post-acute settings.

A CT technologist produces computerized tomographic (CT) images of designated anatomical areas as directed and according to established departmental practices and procedures. The technologist uses appropriate CT equipment to assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
