I grew up in Buffalo, New York; completed my Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship in Pittsburgh, PA. I came to Knoxville for family, and have remained at UTMCK where I feel a strong sense of loyalty and commitment . As I say to patients, "I don't want to be a plumber, but I do want to be thorough, considerate, and take good care of you----- as I would for my family." Whether in the office, Endoscopy Lab, or in the hospital proper...An atmosphere of teamwork and elevating one another makes each day better!

General GI -focusing on diseases of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, pancreas, colon,
liver, in addition to biliary abnormalities, dysmotility disorders
