Dr. Lowe was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He completed his neurosurgical residency in Charleston, South Carolina and his Neurosurgical Oncology fellowship in Tampa, FL. He moved to Knoxville to help expand the brain tumor program at UT and loves living in East Tennessee. Dr. Lowe and his team strive to provide personalized and individualized care for every patient, and strive to be available and responsive to all patient needs.
